Smitten with kitten sittin'
Meet Riddles, our feline house guest for the week. Josiah is absolutely in love with her: "Mommy, I LOVE her," he says emphatically, several times each day. He keeps me posted whenever her dish is getting low on food, keeps track of her whereabouts at all times, and gives her tons of cuddles. He's also delighted that she shares his interest in Thomas. And I have to agree: She's easy to like. She's still really young and little, is unbelievably friendly, is super active and bold, and is simply a great mix of curious-cute-and-naughty. As I type, she's spread out on my lap in the most unabashedly content and unladylike pose with her purr-box going like a lawnmower!

What a brilliant picture!! It's clear that Riddles is every bit as fascinated as Josiah with what they're looking at.
